Strawberry/Blueberry
Smoothie

This delicious smoothie makes a quick breakfast or a nutritious snack.
Use frozen fruit for an even thicker drink. As with all smothies, you
can whirl in a few ice cubes to make your drink frostier and thicker as
well.
Serves 3-4
1/2 cup
frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 frozen banana (peel banana before freezing)
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup frozen vanilla or strawberry yogurt |

Whirl all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
