This smoothie has all the flavor of a Mexican liquado,
but is thick and frosty like a smoothie. The best of both
worlds! Freezing the fruit first will make thicker, more
flavorful smoothies, use fresh fruit for a less thick,
more authentic, drink.
1 banana
(peel before freezing)
1 C mango, diced
1/2 C papaya
1 C milk
2 T honey
Serves 1
Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
