You can use this recipe to experiment with the other wonderful flavors available in the sugarfree syrups. Try orange and vanilla or peach and raspberry!

3/4 cup Vanilla sugarfree syrup (such as Da Vinci brand)
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup heavy cream
3 scoops Sugarfree Smoothie Mix powder (or 3 scoops soy protein isolate)
1/8 tsp Stevia
1 1/2 cups crushed ice

Serves 1-2

Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until thick and smooth.

Note: any recipe that calls for crushing ice should be made in a powerful blender. If your blender is not and the mixture stalls before it is smooth, add small amounts of water until it frees up.

Total carbs 1.5
