This smoothie is ultra low in calories, full of healthy
fiber and fat Đfree. ItŐs also delicious. The secret is
to use well chilled juice and frozen fruit, so you end
up with a thick, slushy shake.
1 sliced ripe
banana, frozen
1 1/2 C frozen, unsweetened strawberries
1 C unsweetened apple juice
Makes 3 1/2 C
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve
immediately.
