This great cocktail recipe was given to us by the fine
folks at The Porch restaurant at the House of Blues
in West Hollywood, California. They have a clever cocktail
serving idea there using a plastic glow-stick as a swizzle
stick, which gives the drinks an eerie, magical radiance.
3/4 oz. Bacardi Limon rum
1 oz. Bacardi light rum
1/4 oz. Bacardi 151 rum
pineapple juice
orange juice grenadine sweet
& sour mix
Fill a very tall glass with ice, pour in alcohol, and equal parts
orange juice, pineapple juice and sweet and sour mix and about 1
tablespoon grenadine. Shake, then float 1/4 oz.Bacardi 151 rum on
top. Serve immediately.
