Mint Julep  

Note from Cheri:
While most people have heard of Mint Juleps, an astonishing number of folks have never actually tried this Southern classic. Well, be deprived no longer (unless you're under 21 or have alcohol issues). It's a simple drink to make, so have a Mint Julep today!

3 oz. bourbon
2 oz. simple syrup
3-4 fresh mint sprigs
crushed ice

Fill a glass with crushed ice. Pour in bourbon, syprup and mint, stir gently and serve.
