Recipe for a Bellinitini Cocktail -- Bellini Martini. This mighty fine martini is a variation on the classic Bellini cocktail.
Ingredients
- 2 parts peach flavored vodka (we like Absolut®)
- 1 part peach liqueur
- 1 part Prosecco, Champagne or dry sparkling wine
- small squeeze of fresh lemon juice
- fresh peach slice for garnish (optional)
Directions
- Pour vodka and peach liqueur into an ice filled cocktail shaker. Shake, then strain into a chilled Champagne flute or martini glass. Top with Champagne. Garnish with fresh peach slice if desired.
