Recipe for Asian Style Grilled Salmon. This simple marinade for grilled salmon gives it a slightly sweet flavor that's really terrific.
Ingredients
- 1 large salmon filet
- Marinade:
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 1/3 cup orange juice
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon crushed red peppers (optional)
Directions
- Number of Servings: Depends on the size of your salmon filet
- For ease of marinating and grilling, we cut our salmon filet in half.
- Mix all marinade ingredients together. Marinate salmon for 30-60 minutes. If you are using the marinade for chicken or pork, you can leave the meat, refrigerated, in the marinade Grill salmon over medium coals about 5 minutes per side or until cooked to desired doneness. I personally prefer my salmon somewhat rare.
