Granola has long been considered a "health food," but many of the popular brands contain tropical oils, making them high in saturated fat. You can find low fat granola on most supermarket shelves these days, but you may have to make a trip to your local whole foods store to find one that doesn't contain a lot of refined sugar. |
| Ingredients: |
2 cups low fat vanilla yogurt 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup strawberries, sliced 1/2 cup blueberries 1/2 cup raspberries 1 cup low fat granola |
| Instructions: |
In a small bowl, combine yogurt and cinnamon. Combine strawberries, blueberries and raspberries in another bowl. In four serving dishes (clear, tall ones if you have them) layer 1/4 cup fruit mixture, 2 tablespoons granola, and 1/4 cup yogurt mixture. |
