| Ingredients: |
5 egg whites
2 cups sugar 2 cups pecans, finely chopped 1 saltine cracker, crumbled finely 1/2 teaspoon baking powder |
| Instructions: |
Preheat oven to 325° F.
Mix together baking powder and crumbled cracker, set aside. Beat egg whites and sugar together until stiff peaks form. Mix in baking powder and cracker mixture and the pecans. Drop from spoon on a well-greased cookie sheet. Bake for 25 minutes. |
