Author Notes: These high energy bars are made to order for your PB&J fans. Have children mix these with their hands! They are also great to tuck away in a lunch box or keep handy as an after school snack.
Ingredients: 2 cups uncooked oats (not instant)
1/3 cup peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
1/2 cup all-fruit grape jelly (or your favorite sugar-free preserves)
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Spread in lightly greased 8-inch square pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool at least 10 minutes before cutting.

1 Fruit; 1 Bread; 1 Fat
