Author Notes: This recipe is part of an article April did for us about incorporating new and exotic vegetables and fruit into your low carb diet in order to resist boredom.

Serve this sauce with April's Egg Foo Yung (click for recipe).
Ingredients: 1 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons spicy mustard
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/8 teaspoon stevia
1 teaspoon dry ginger
Instructions:

Mix thoroughly. Use as dip or garnish for Egg Foo Yung.

Total Effective Carbs per entire recipe: 5 g
ECC Per Serving: 1.25 g
