Author Notes: If the kids are running late, this is something they can eat while waiting for the bus. Sodium watchers alert: This meal is quite high in sodium because of the waffles; balance the rest of your day accordingly.
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon chunky peanut butter
2 tablespoons mashed banana
1 tablespoon honey
2 light frozen waffles, toasted (such as Aunt Jemima Light(r))
Instructions: Combine peanut butter, banana, and honey in a small bowl. Spread on toasted waffles.

1 Fruit; 2 Bread; 1 Fat
