Time and/or budget conscious cooks will love this unique collection of recipes using that supermarket and convenience store staple -- ramen noodles. Author Toni Patrick takes this simple food to creative new heights -- it's not just for soup anymore (although, to be sure, you'll find creative soup recipes here too). | Ingredients: |
2 packages ramen noodles, any flavor, with seasoning packets
2 tablespoons butter 6 eggs, beaten 1 cup chopped ham 1/2 cup onion 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper 1/2 to 1 cup grated Swiss cheese |
| Instructions: |
Cook noodles in water according to package directions and drain. Add seasoning packets.
In a frying pan, melt butter, and then add beaten eggs. Fold in noodles and remaining ingredients. Cook until light brown. |
