Ingredients: 6 hard boiled eggs
1/2 cup finely chopped ham
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 teaspoon mustard
1 packet Splenda® sweetener
salt to taste
coarse ground pepper
Instructions:

Makes 12 Servings

Slice the cooled eggs in halves. Scoop out the cooked yolks into a mixing bowl and mash them lightly. Add the mayo and mustard, salt, Splenda® and stir until smooth. Fold in the ham and spoon the mixture back in the cavities of the egg whites. Garnish with pepper. Chill.

Per serving: less than 1/2
