Exotic Thai peanut sauce give these wings an unbelievably great flavor. I predict they will quickly become a favorite with your family. If you don't have a grill, you can broil these wings for about 20 minutes, basting with the sauce occasionally, but grilling is better. |
| Ingredients: |
3 pounds chicken wings
1/4 cup peanut butter 1 tablespoon curry powder 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon pepper 1/8 cup lemon juice 2 tablespoon brown sugar 1/4 cup soy sauce 2 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated 3 garlic cloves, minced 2 tablespoon peanut oil 2 teaspoon Asian style hot sauce, my favorite brand is Tuong Ot Sriracha, find it in an Asian grocery or well stocked supermarket |
