| Ingredients: |
12 ounces wide egg noodles
1/2 cup margarine or butter 8 ounces cream cheese 12 ounces cherry preserves 1 to 1 1/2 cups frozen sweet dark cherries, pitted 4 eggs 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup milk Granola Topping 1 cup granola cereal 1/4 cup butter, melted cinnamon to taste |
| Instructions: |
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Cook noodles; drain. 2. Put noodles back in the pot over low heat, mix in butter and cheese until melted. 3. Beat eggs and milk together and pour into noodle mixture. Add cinnamon. Stir in cherry preserves and cherries. 4. Pour noodle mixture into greased 9x13-inch pan. 5. Mix together butter and granola and sprinkle over kugel. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. |
