| Ingredients: |
1 cup peanut butter 1 cup confectioner's sugar 1/4 cup butter or margarine 1 cup coconut 1/4 cup walnuts 2 cups Rice Krispies 1/4 block parowax 1 package chocolate chips maraschino cherries (noses) licorice or fruit leather (whiskers and tails) mini candies ( eyes) thinly sliced almonds (ears) |
| Instructions: | Mix peanut butter, confectioner's sugar, and butter together. Add coconut, nuts and Rice Krispies. Form the mixture into "mice" (little oval-shaped balls). Melt parowax and chocolate chips. Dip the "mice" into the chocolate mixture. Place on waxed paper and let cool. Slice cherries to use for "nose". Roll out fruit leather or licorice and slice into thin strips for whiskers. Add thin slices of almond nut for ears. |
