| Author Notes: |
I call this frozen cocktail the Coco Kabana because it combines the flavors of coconut, Kahlua and banana. Serve it at the end of a meal for a quick to prepare dessert. To keep the drink thick and frosty, use frozen bananas. Non-alcohol version You can make a kid friendly version of this drink by eliminating the Kahlua, increasing the the milk to 1 cup and adding 2-3 tablespoons of chocolate syrup. |
| Ingredients: |
2 medium bananas, frozen
3/4 cup Kahlua 1/2 cup cream of coconut 1/2 cup milk or half and half 1 pint vanilla ice cream |
| Instructions: | Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Serve immediately. |
