Author Notes: While most people have heard of Mint Juleps, an astonishing number of folks have never actually tried this Southern classic. Well, be deprived no longer (unless you're under 21 or have alcohol issues). It's a simple drink to make, so have a Mint Julep today!
Ingredients: 3 ounces bourbon
2 ounces simple syrup
3-4 fresh mint sprigs
crushed ice
Instructions: Fill a glass with crushed ice. Pour in bourbon, syrup and mint, stir gently and serve.
