Ingredients:

1 average 6" diameter rutabaga, peeled olive oil
|

Instructions:

Slice rutabaga into 1/2" thick disks. With sharp knife, starting at one edge, slice across each disk to make thin fries. In a single layer, sauté fries in hot olive oil in a large fry pan until just beginning to brown. Drain on paper towels and salt lightly. Serve hot. Total Effective Carbs per entire recipe: 24 g ECC Per Serving: 6 g
