Author Notes: Wow, what a color! The lemon juice really brings out the flavor of the berries, here.
Ingredients: 1 cup plain nonfat yogurt 1
1/2 cup Carb Countdown Dairy Beverage
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
3 tablespoons Splenda®
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions: Combine everything in your blender, and run until smooth and well-blended.

Per Smoothie:
232 Calories; 5g Fat; 19g Protein; 15g Carbohydrate; 2g Dietary Fiber; 13 g Usable Carbs.
