| Ingredients: |
3/4 cup vanilla sugarfree syrup (such as Da Vinci® brand)
1/4 cup water 1/4 cup heavy cream 3 scoops Sugarfree Smoothie Mix powder (or 3 scoops soy protein isolate) 1/8 teaspoon Stevia® 1 1/2 cups crushed ice |
| Instructions: |
Pour all ingredients into a blender and blend on high until thick and smooth.
Note: Any recipe that calls for crushing ice should be made in a powerful blender. If your blender is not and the mixture stalls before it is smooth, add small amounts of water until it frees up. |
