Author Notes:	Here's an ingenious recipe for putting your slow cooker to good use, and baking potatoes in the slow cooker frees your oven and microwave for other uses.
Ingredients:	8 - 10 potatoes aluminum foil
Instructions:	Stab potatoes with fork. Wrap each in foil. Fill slow cooker with potatoes. Cover and cook on High 3--4 hours or until potatoes are tender. Do not add water.
