Author Notes: This delicious smoothie makes a quick breakfast or a nutritious snack. Use frozen fruit for an even thicker drink. As with all smoothies, you can whirl in a few ice cubes to make your drink frostier and thicker as well.
Ingredients: 1 cup frozen pineapple pieces
1 frozen banana (peel banana before freezing)
3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup frozen vanilla or strawberry yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice
3 tablespoonssweetned  coconut
Instructions: Whirl all ingredients together in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately.
