The Smoothies Bible
Buy Now
Servings: 1
Author Notes: This drink has all the flavor of a Mexican liquado, but is thick and frosty like a smoothie. The best of both worlds! Freezing the fruit first will make thicker, more flavorful smoothies, use fresh fruit for a less thick, more authentic, drink.
Ingredients: 1 banana (peel before freezing)
1 cup mango, diced
1/2 cup papaya
1 cup milk
2 tablespoons honey
Instructions: Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
