Author Notes: This recipe comes to us from the Radish Council. While it was designed to be used with their Southwestern Radish Cobb Salad, don't be afraid to use your imagination and come up with your own uses as well.
Ingredients: 1 cup prepared salsa, either store bought or follow this link for recipe to make your own
1/2 cup orange juice, preferably fresh squeezed
2 tablespoons cider vinegar
1 teaspoon grated orange zest
Instructions: Yield 1 1/2 cups

Combine all ingredients until well blended.
