| Ingredients: |
3 tablespoons lite soy sauce 2 tablespoons water 2 tablespoon sherry or mirin (optional) 2 teaspoons sesame oil 1 teaspoon fresh ground ginger 1/2 teaspoon white pepper |
| Instructions: |
Makes about 1/2 Cup Whisk together all ingredients. Dressing will keep, refrigerated for several weeks. |
