| Author Notes: | What needs to be said about this classic salad dressing recipe? Except perhaps that making it yourself is ever so much better than the bottled variety, not to mention less expensive. |
| Ingredients: |
1 cup mayonnaise 1/4 cup tomato ketchup or chili sauce 1/8 cup finely chopped pimiento-stuffed green olives 2 tablespoons finely chopped green bell pepper 1 scallion, finely chopped 1 hard-boiled egg, peeled and finely chopped Optional: Tabasco sauce to taste |

Makes 2 Cups Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Will keep refrigerated for about 1 week in the refrigerator. |
