Author Notes: I call this an "almost" Caesar Salad Dressing since it eliminates anchovies and raw egg. This recipe is also "almost" vegetarian. Worcestershire sauce has a small amount of fermented fish in it.  Serve this dressing on my Almost Caesar Salad or any green salad.
Ingredients: 1 teaspoon Worcesteshire Sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 garlic cloves finely minced or pressed
Instructions: Prepare dressing by whisking all dressing ingredients together.
