I call this an "almost" Caesar Salad Dressing since it eliminates anchovies and raw egg. This recipe is also "almost" vegetarian. Worcestershire sauce has a small amount of fermented fish in it. Serve this dressing on my Almost Caesar Salad or any green salad. |
| Ingredients: |
1 teaspoon Worcesteshire Sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice 1/4 cup white wine vinegar 1/2 cup olive oil 2 garlic cloves finely minced or pressed |
| Instructions: | Prepare dressing by whisking all dressing ingredients together. |
