| Ingredients: |
1/2 cup butter 1 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon chili powder OR 2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives OR 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill |
| Instructions: | In a small bowl with wooden spoon, beat 1/2 cup butter or margarine,softened. Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended. |
