Author Notes: Kids love these fruit kabobs. You don't have to tell them they are healthy. Instead of kabobs, you could also serve this as a fruit salad, topped with the orange coconut dressing.

Ingredients: mix and match your favorite fruits, cut into bite sized chunks:
unpeeled cored apples
unpeeled cored pears
seedless grapes
pineapple chunks
peach mango or necatarine chunks
strawberries
peeled orange or grapefruit segments peeled kiwi slices

Dressing:
1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt (non-fat, low-fat or full fat, your choice)
1/4 cup sweetened coconut
1/4 cup orange marmalade
Instructions:

Combine all dressing ingredients together in a small bowl.

Alternate fruit pieces on wooden skewers. Sprinkle fruit kabobs with lemon juice (or toss fruit in a bowl with lemon juice). Serve with orange coconut dressing.
