Servings: 4
Author Notes: This was my Uncle Lud's favorite salad. When I was a very young child, I remember him taking me for very very elegant, grown-up lunches at his favorite restaurant. These lunches almost always included a Waldorf Salad.

For a low fat version of this great salad, use low fat mayonnaise and non-fat yogurt.

Ingredients: 2 red apples, cored and chopped 2 green apples, cored and chopped
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well so all are coated with the mayonnaise/yogurt. Chill before serving and serve within a day.
