3 cups chopped cooked turkey breast
3 stalks celery, chopped 1/2 cup pecans, chopped 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon lemon juice 2 packets Splenda sweetener |

Mix together and serve on lettuce or wrapped inside a low-carb tortilla.
