Ingredients: 8 cups baby spinach, torn into bite sized pieces
1 bunch green onions, sliced
4 seedless tangerines, peeled and separated into sections
1 cup dried cranberries

Vinaigrette:
1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon orange juice
2 teaspoons mustard
1/2 cup olive oil
salt and pepper
Instructions: In large bowl combine spinach, onions, tangerines and cranberries. In a small bowl, whisk together vinaigrette ingredients. Toss with salad just before serving. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
