Author Notes: Why purchase celery salt when you can easily mix your own. Use the celery salt and make a batch of delicious Cream of Celery Soup.
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon dried celery seed
2 tablespoons coarse salt
Instructions:

Makes 3 tablespoons

Process celery seeds in the blender, mini food processor or spice mill at highest speed until finely ground. Add salt and process at high speed until the salt is as fine as you like. Store in a small jar with a tight lid.
