Author Notes: The Idaho Potato Commission shared this recipe with us. While they created it to go with their wonderful Mild, Medium and Hot Oven Fried Potatoes, it's also good on all kinds of meats and side dishes. Use your imagination.
Ingredients: 1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoons salt

Optional:
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a small bowl. For a more spicy mixture, add another teaspoon of chili powder or a teaspoon of crushed red pepper.
