This wonderful outdoor recipe was given to us by the nice folks at LobsterAnywhere.com. This company delivers the finest in Atlantic Coast seafood, overnight anywhere in the continental United States. | Ingredients: |
12 ounces jumbo sea scallops
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter 1 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs 1 teaspoon lemon juice 1/4 teaspoon pepper 1/8 teaspoon paprika |
| Instructions: |
Preheat oven to 350° F. In a small saucepan combine butter, pepper, and lemon. Melt over low heat. Place scallops in medium baking dish. Pour butter mixture over the scallops. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top. Sprinkle with small amount of paprika. 5. Bake for 20 - 30 minutes or until golden brown on top. |
