4 (1-pound) fish fillets
1/2 teaspoon salt dash of garlic powder 1/4 ounce drained chopped mushrooms 1/8 teaspoon ground thyme 1/2 teaspoon onion powder dash of black pepper 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley 1 tablespoon nonfat dry milk 1 tablespoon water 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice |

Preheat oven to 350°F. Sprinkle fish with salt and garlic powder. Mix remaining ingredients and spread over fish. Bake for 20 minutes, or until fish flakes with fork. |
