Ingredients: 4 cod fillets, about 6 ounces each
seasoned salt
small amount of olive oil
2 lemons
fresh minced parsley
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F.

Place the fish in a baking dish. Squeeze lemon juice over each piece of fish using one of the lemons. Drizzle a small amount of olive oil over the fish. Sprinkle with the seasoned salt. Bake, covered with foil for about 30 minutes until the fish flakes easily. Sprinkle with fresh minced parsley and serve with extra lemon.

NOTE:
You can use a salt substitute seasoning or salt free seasoning with this as well.
