| Author Notes: | Here's an easy way to make lamb chops, that's tasty and quick to fix. |
| Ingredients: |
4 lamb chops a teaspoon minced lemon zest juice of 1/2 lemon 3 cloves garlic, minced 3/4 cup chopped fresh Italian parsley 1/3 Cup Dijon mustard lemon slices for garnish |
| Instructions: |
Preheat oven to 450°F. Combine garlic lemon juice parsley and mustard. Press on all sides of the chops and place in a large baking dish that has been coated with cooking spray. Bake for about 15 minutes or until done to your liking. Garnish with fresh lemon slices. |
