| Ingredients: |
1 can (15 ounces) garbanzo beans, drained, reserve liquid 1 tablespoon olive oil PLUS 1 teaspoon olive oil 1/2 lemon, juiced 1 medium garlic clove, minced 2 teaspoons tahini salt to taste pita bread |
| Instructions: |
1. Puree all ingredients in a blender or food processor until as smooth as possible. 2. Add reserved liquid until desired consistency is reached. 3. Serve chilled with pita or other flat bread or favorite crackers. |
