Author Notes: Mary Ann Perry is the editor of the CamomileTimes.com and an herbalist who has been studying, growing and using herbs for over 20 years. She gave us this recipe which is great with raw veggies or chips.
Ingredients: 1 cup of mayonnaise
2 cup of sour cream
4 sprigs of fresh cilantro, finely chopped or 2 teaspoons dried cilantro
2 sprigs of fresh parsley, finely chopped or 1 teaspoon dried parsley
at least a fist full of fresh garlic, cloves, chopped fine or 2 tablespoons dried garlic
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 teaspoon cracked pepper
salt to taste
1/2 sweet red pepper, finely chopped
1/2 med sweet onion, finely chopped
2 jalapeno or chipoltle peppers, chopped
Instructions: Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
