| Ingredients: |
1 cup of mayonnaise 2 cup of sour cream 4 sprigs of fresh cilantro, finely chopped or 2 teaspoons dried cilantro 2 sprigs of fresh parsley, finely chopped or 1 teaspoon dried parsley at least a fist full of fresh garlic, cloves, chopped fine or 2 tablespoons dried garlic 1 tablespoon lime juice 1 teaspoon cracked pepper salt to taste 1/2 sweet red pepper, finely chopped 1/2 med sweet onion, finely chopped 2 jalapeno or chipoltle peppers, chopped |
| Instructions: | Combine all ingredients and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. |
