Ingredients:
|
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1 cup salsa (click for recipe) 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions:
|
Mix cream cream cheese, salsa and cilantro with an electric mixer on medium speed or in a food processor until well blended. Refrigerate for at least two hours or until ready to serve. Serve with assorted cut up vegetables and/or tortilla chips.
