Author Notes: Retro Luau has everything you need to plan a great tropical party - from decorations to party games, great Polynesian inspired food and drinks and much more.
Ingredients: 3 pounds boneless pork loin ribs
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/2 teaspoon fresh ginger, chopped
1/2 cup soy sauce
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup tomato sauce
1/2 cup dark corn syrup
3 tablespoons port wine
1 tablespoon liquid smoke
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions: Preheat oven to 325° F.

Bring all ingredients (except ribs) to a boil, then cool.

Marinate ribs 4-6 hours.

Place ribs in a rack in a roasting pan filled with 1-inch depth of water. Bake for about 1 hour. Cut into about 20 1-inch pieces and serve.
