Author Notes: Buttermilk, made from nonfat milk, is low in fat -- with no butter at all! By using cocoa, you are getting chocolate without the saturated fat.  Serve this icing on Holly's fabulous low fat Chocolate Buttermilk Brownies (click here for recipe).
Ingredients: 6 tablespoons margarine
1/3 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup cocoa
1 box (16 ounces) confectioner's sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions: Combine margarine, buttermilk, and cocoa in a medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Add confectioner's sugar and vanilla, blend until smooth.
