| Ingredients: |
8 ounces homemade whole yogurt (see features links below)
7 ounces or 1/2 14 ounces can sugarfree cherry pie filling (April uses Lucky Leaf® brand) nutmeg for garnish |
| Instructions: |
To make two parfaits: Divide 8 oz. yogurt by half, alternate a teaspoon of pie filling with spoonfuls of yogurt. Top with whipped cream, garnish with nutmeg. Total Net Carbs: 30.65 |
