Ingredients: 2 large, ripe mangoes
1/2 cup sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 cup heavy cream
Instructions: Scoop out mango flesh and chop. Discard peel and seed. Place mango, sugar and juice in food processor until smoothand thick. Pour purée and cream into ice cream canister and freeze according to machine directions.
