Recipe for Apricot Vinaigrette Salad Dressing. Use this dressing with Holly Clegg's Paradise Couscous Salad.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup apricot nectar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 tablespoons sugar
Directions
- In a small bowl, whisk together apricot nectar, olive oil, vinegar, mustard and sugar.
