 Note
from Cheri:
This clever recipe was invented by David Arms, owner
of Frances BBQ restaurant in Hestand, Kentucky. I know
BBQed eggs may sound strange, but they are really delicious.
Try them, you'll be surprised.
I suppose any vinegar based BBQ sauce would do, but
it's hard to beat the flavor you'll get if you get a
bottle of John Anderson's Bar B Que Sauce (David Arms'
friend country music star David Anderson helps him market
the sauce they use at the restaurant). It's heavy handed
on the vinegar and pepper and really outstanding in
this recipe. John Anderson's Bar B Que Sauce is available
at the restaurant and at certain grocery chains in the
South, or you can email jarms@sctr.com
for more info on ordering.
